My stay here!

I have to say my first 5 years were ok even though it started off a littke rocky! Since then I had to call about people parking in my space multiple times and not having anywhere to park! The other issue, I have with maintenance people, they do come, but the work does not get done right, most of the time. Then when it rains it floods my patio and they put rocks down thinking it would stop the water from coming down to my patio and it just made it worse!

Apartment Review

The area is mostly quiet however at night there are some residents that return with loud music or order food and the delivers have loud music. Parking for the 4 apartments in the middle is difficult as you have to park on the side of the building and not out front of your apartment like the other buildings.
