Happy We Chose Triple Crown

My family and I have enjoyed our home for the past 5 years. Maintenence is very consistent with their attendance when issues arise. Living in such close quarters with a variety of people has its ups & downs, but overall I believe we made the right choice.

Living here is ok. You get plenty of space as well as storage space. Some things could be better, but i chose this complex because of the walkout basement, the deck and the overall layout of the unit.

Enjoyable place to live

My family and I really enjoy the secluded feel of the location. There's not a lot of expectation as to limitations set on the property apart from a warning text sent out every now and again, but it would be nice to truly avoid dog poop in your yard, or those that smoke weed on the front porch, etc.

Great location, great staff, rent increases have bern comsistent regardless of renter financial status. Some consideration for loyalty and payment history should be considered when determining increases. Lawn maintenance could be more considerent of grass left on porches and outdoor furnishings.
