Enjoyable place to live

My family and I really enjoy the secluded feel of the location. There's not a lot of expectation as to limitations set on the property apart from a warning text sent out every now and again, but it would be nice to truly avoid dog poop in your yard, or those that smoke weed on the front porch, etc.

Great location, great staff, rent increases have bern comsistent regardless of renter financial status. Some consideration for loyalty and payment history should be considered when determining increases. Lawn maintenance could be more considerent of grass left on porches and outdoor furnishings.

Overview

It appears that families with kids are located in one particular area! Parents are not superving children. Phone calls are not answered in the office get the recordings. No option for on message for residents to leave a message. Office appears unmanned a lot! Landscaping is non-existent along with slow snow removal! Buildings and cement decks need power washed mold is growing on both. Maintenance is top notch and does a great job when needed. Speed bumps need to be added to slow people down so that residents can pull out safely from parking spot. People are still not cleaning up after their pets. Residents guest are not parking in visitor designated spots.
