These apartments are well-maintained and feel clean. For the price, the quality is quite good. Staff are friendly and unobtrusive. No onsite parking, but there's a garage close by and a much cheaper lot just across the bridge. Location is a mixed bag; it's right in the middle of downtown, only about 10 minutes from the Capitol Complex, but it's probably the least safe-feeling part of downtown. I've never had any real issues, but the aforementioned parking garage next door seems to attract some trouble. My unit faces out towards Chestnut Street, which can be a nuisance because the city bus drivers take their breaks on this block and leave the buses idling, which is often quite loud. But aside from these outside factors, the unit itself is great. I am especially appreciative of the leasing policies that allow for a short term lease without causing a huge increase in the monthly rate. Overall, a great option for budget-conscious individuals or couples who are comfortable in an urban environment and might not be looking to stay a long time.
