High Pointe Review
Nice looking neighborhood, nice location, however, extremely noisy. People blast music, slam car doors and trucks and motorcycles constantly drive-through.
Matience request
Recently submitted a work request for my washer not draining, when I asked one of the matience guys they said it might take a lil while which I didn't mind. But they came and fixed it that next week.(I was expecting a longer wait) but I am extremely happy with the job they did and how nice they were. They even came back afterwards to make sure it was working correctly. Great team here!

Crooked
1.My frustration with this facility started with them giving me the wrong apartment number on my lease agreement. From there I was paying for electric that was way too high for my usage over the course of 5 months thru PPL. Upon investigation I found out not only was I paying someone elses electric but I was also paying High Pointe directly for my electric use. I express this concern with the desk and they told me that they would reimburse me for the difference and that never happened. I was still being charged by PPL and by highpoint at the same time with no resolve. I paid both bills off in order to stay current with my credit. 2. My next frustation happened the day I wanted to move out. They refuse to allow me to leave my lease on time with out charging me the next two months because I did not give them 2 months notice when the only document I received from them was an extension of lease. I signed an agreement for 6mos and when the 6 month arrived I cleaned the entire place and moved out before the 31st of the month. They now are trying to charge me for two additional months based on the fact I didnt give them notice. I assure you it wont take two months to fill that lease and they were NOT WILLING TO WORK with me at all. Instead Kea recommended that I consult legal action which at this point I plan to do. If you want a smooth exit from a place that rips you off then this is not the place for you. I will continue to fight this until I have resolve.
