This apartment conplex is great for first time renters. Parking is a nuisance at times but the amenities and staff is what makes it worth it. The apartmenrs are nicely designed and great spacing.

This apartment complex is everything you'd want to look for if you're younger and just getting started on your own for the first time. Located within walking distance of everything you'd need (minus a few chain stores that are only a 10-minute drive), this complex offers security and accessibility 24/7. For the price, I haven't seen many other places that come close to the quality of living that you experience at Benmar. Sure, the windows are a little thin and the garbage trucks might wake you up at 3 a.m. one morning, but given everything else, it's a small price to pay. The size of the apartment is PERFECT for living on your own; you feel like you have space, but not too much that it's overwhelming. Utility bills are typically low, only about $50/month for electric. I love the complex, and that you need the key card to access the front door and elevator - it makes you feel safer if you're getting home from work late and it's dark. The best thing about this apartment is the location; you really can't beat it. I can walk everywhere and when I go to dinner, I can make a reservation 15 minutes before without having to worry about traffic. If you're looking to save on gas, this area is definitely on the pro list. Overall, I'm very happy with the complex, and have recommended it to friends moving to the Harrisburg area.
