Dogs must be 40lbs or under at adult weight We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 We have a monthly pet fee of $25 per pet At Lehigh Hills ALL residents must register their dogs in Poo Prints. This is a system that ensures that dog owners pick up after their dogs.  Poo Print creates a genetic database of dogs with DNA collected from cheek swabs.  They then compare any uncollected pet waste to the database to identify who hasn’t picked up after their pet. If your pet is found to be a waste sample match, you will be fined through the resident portal.Cats allowed. Dogs allowed.
