Dogs must be 40lbs or under at adult weight We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 We have a monthly pet fee of $25 per pet At Lehigh Hills ALL residents must register their dogs in Poo Prints. This is a system that ensures that dog owners pick up after their dogs.  Poo Print creates a genetic database of dogs with DNA collected from cheek swabs.  They then compare any uncollected pet waste to the database to identify who hasn’t picked up after their pet. If your pet is found to be a waste sample match, you will be fined through the resident portal.

the dog waste baskets are almost always overflowing. the dumpster area is literally a dump most days. the parking is sparse most times. the heat/ac unit in apartment is so loud it overwhelms the television, music, etc.

Property maintenance is not good. The community grill hardly work properly. Apaetment is over priced for what is within the apartment.

The complex is kept nice and clean, well maintained in regards to snow removal and lawn maintenance. Maintenance and office staff are a pleasure to deal with.

The trash team will miss trash pickup occasionally. The maintenace team has not changed air filter in apartment when they were supposed to.

Love the location because theres a park and strip mall within walking distance, so you dont always have to drive everywhere. Our complex is quiet and boring, which is good imo. The people who work here are friendly and competent, issues get dealt with quickly
