I've been a residence here for 5yrs and rent has gone up significantly higher over the last 3yrs. I know that we are in a period of inflation but there is no resources of help here. You have to always follow up with work order request and the cleanliness is bottom of the barrel In each building seems like trash is everywhere. Only great thing going here is a sense of peace and safety because of the location. I pray this place gets alot better for the price they charge.

Ive been teyinf to get lt floors fixed for months now. Uou wait weeks to almost a month for maintence to fix anything.

It is a nice apartment. property management does not answer or deal with renters. Only get answers from one lady in the office. Also hard to get work orders done.
