Lake House

The welcome was overall the best . Staff is helpful, caring, knowledge and helpful .A great place to live.

The units are stunning and we have never had any issues. The management and maintenance are very responsive to any questions or problems and are pleasure to deal with, they seem to really care about us.

I enjoy living here at the lakehouse. Im currently studying a lot and the peacful quiet location is perfect. The apartments are very nice and spacious and the staff are quick to respond to emails and maintence requests.

Although i have only been here a week i enjoy it here so far

Lakehouse is a lovely building, brand new build, and in great condition. It’s very modern with its security and lock system making entry and exit seamless and safe and gives peace of mind. We have great views from our apartment but even better views from the shared patio and lawn that we love. Parking is verh easy and convenient, right in front kf the building. The only downside is the walls are so thin I can hear full conversations from next door, which is hnfortunate.

The apartments are very nice and well-maintained at a reasonable price. I would only wish to have the option for two private parking spots and parking on the street can be dangerous.
