I would continue to live here but must move for my job and wife. I think it is 9 going on 10 years at Unit D. Parking has been the biggest issue.

We adore our landlord and the view from our rental. The biggest downside is the noise from passing traffic and some aspects of the neighborhood. Additionally, we wish the property had more outlets, vut ither than that we are hapoy!

Have been at this location > 5 years with THREE different owner/landlords. Rent keeps going up. The new owner is making upgrades and repairs. The parking for the tenants of the row townhouses is "tight."
