Great location.

This is a manufactured home community. Close to Lancaster and Harrisburg. You buy your home and then pay rent for the land. Great location but no clubhouse, swimming pool, or other extras that many manufactured home communities offer.

Nice neighborhood but Pmi (management) is less than stellar

The location is great for me. The community is friendly and surprisingly clean for a trailer park. However there is just about nothing for kids to do. The “playground “ consists of a ancient slide that is covered in graffiti not appropriate for children , and all of the swings on the wing set are broken. A resident installed a tire swing so there was at least something. YOU CAN NOT DRINK THE WATER HERE! It’s often we get notification the water is not safe for use. Even without that the water is gross and more than minerals.. taxes are crazy high!
