Great Place to call Home

Been at The Birch for a little over a year. I love it! The staff is friendly and helpful. The building and amenities are clean and top notch. The location in Conshohocken on the Schuykill River trail and across from the Septa station is fantastic. It's a great place to call home!

Nice and quiet. If there is a problem they handle it right away. Staff is super friendly and helpful..

Nice Building with Issues

The Birch is overall good but there are two glaring issues that have soured our experience. The first is package thefts- for a buliding that claims secure handling it is out if control. The other is the building is out of parking which is highly inconvenient

Love living here

I love the birch, sometimes neighbors can be a bit rough or inconsiderate, so noise and parking but other than that all good. The staff is the best part, knowing someone cares is really all you need.
