Parking has been a problem over the past couple of weeks. Weve gotten a new property manager who seems to have some sort unnecessary chip on there shoulder.

I've lived here for almost 3 years- the maintenance remains top notch!!! The units are kept so clean & functional & the maintenance team is so friendly!! Our lawns & landscaping are always immaculate. The office team keeps us well informed & always is quick to respond & help with anything they can. I love living here.

We love living here. The maintenance staff is better than any I've ever met! I love my apartment & can't imagine renting anywhere else. You can tell that they care very much about the residents. There is never trash anywhere. Never dog mess. The dumpsters are always tidy & I never feel like I can't call if something stops working here. The apartment itself is also amazing for the price. We love our balcony. The amenities get 3 stars because i feel like we could use a dog park / run & maybe better pool hours for those who work until 5pm *just a few days later on a few evenings. I also want to say that the noise level is so good! I've never heard our neighbors in our building. The only issue I've ever had was a 3rd party service when they pressure washed the building. I did bring most things in but didn't pull in my patio chairs... there was so much bleach in the spray it stripped my brand new teak chairs & ruined the cushions I'd only had them out for the weekend.
