Every time the weather has been bad the road leading up to the apartments is atrocious. Just this morning alone I watched 5-6 vehicles crash, spin or not be able to make it up the hill due to a lack of preparation and taking care of the road. I would not recommend renting to anyone. When something does happen there is no one to contact and you are stuck waiting hours or days without any communication. I would avoid living here at any cost.
