Nice unit but noisy with no parking or privacy

The unit itself is nice but between parking issues and noisy neighbors this place is really going downhill.

Rent too high

Rent is too high for not much parking, no amenities, poor communication with office staff including maintenance guy. Over all when people park outside garage doors and ill ve stuck being late for work trying to get out of a tight parking space with another vehicle behind me.

Wellington Estates… Tigard, Oregon

Wellington is neglected. Parking is a nightmare with the same cars parked in an open spot for months. Tenants with garages don’t use them. Several times in a week we will have to park our car in king city. Maintenance wasn’t finished in our unit. We still have a broken sink. We have been here for 7 and half years and watched the deepest decline through the pandemic. Tenants have the sketchy people coming to visit them. Falling asleep at the wheel when pulling into our complex or waiting outside in the street in their car(all night). Too many stories to share of sketchy situations. Wish we could move.

Frustrated

I can’t get hold of anyone in the leasing office for the last two months. Can’t get maintenance because no one works in the Wellington Estates leasing office.
