There is a maximum of two (2) pre-approved pets per household. Aquariums greater than 5 gallons and caged animals are accepted and will count as one (1) pet. Aquariums may not exceed 55 gallons. All pets will require proof of renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 liability to cover any damage or injury caused by said pet. The best thing in living here is everyone gets a garage. The location is close to a lot the things, freeway, stores, restaurants. The complex is clean and pretty quiet.

I've been here several years. It is quiet and well maintained - not perfect but very comfortable.
