Would not recommend renting at this place. High rent jacking up every year. You pay for community utilities in top of your own electic bills that's gone up every month. Now tops over 200 dollars. I've lived here for almost 4 years. Do yourself a favor and looks elsewhere .

Maintence is always done fast. Communication with the manager is always great and affective. While i wish the gym was bigger and had moreoptioms the apartments are nice.

Nice location. Renovated apartments seem to be made fast as paint is already chipping and things seem a little cheaper. Expensive. Maintenance is always great
