We have lived hear for a few years now, and have had very few problems with the community. The price is competitive for the area, the grounds are well maintained, there was a hiccup with management and maintenance staffing for about a year but both positions are filled now. The neighborhood isn’t the best anyone who’s lived in Portland knows that but the apartments are tucked away off the main road so that people often have trouble finding it so that keeps a lot of problems away, it aldo means food deliveries get lost to. Every unti gets 1 parking spot, otherwise its on the street or in the nearby boys & girls club parking lot. Overall Ive enjoyed my stay here.
