I absolutely love this apartment complex. It’s in a beautiful location of Northwest Portland surrounded by wonderful restaurants and shops. These apartments are so beautiful and they come with wonderful amenities and the staff is always here to help you with anything that you need

No parking, hard to find parking on streets too. Neighbors are noisy, walls don't have great insulation. Really small studios for the pricepoint. Amenities such as firepit and BBQ are not always available as advertised, so that is not great. I did little research before I moved in and it seemed fine, and it is fine, but it is overpriced for the space you get.

I love living here! It has everything you need like a gym, a cute court yard, grilling. I love the area. I love my apartment its SO cute and my cats love it here. Everyone is animal friendly. All the staff are wonderful people. Im so happy i was able to live here
