Wonderful place to live
We moved in almost a year ago and are about to renew our lease for another 15 months. The finishes in the apartment are high quality. The view is spectacular, the common spaces are great.

Beautiful Building / Great Location
Hotel vibes with a home-y vibe. Just a block away from thr waterfront and right next door to the Porter by Hilton for when family and friends come to enjoy the PNW.

Overall a good place to live
Overall a good place to live. Have seen minor improvents since Ave5 took over. Would love to see a focus on cleanliness around the building however (elevators, knobs/pushbars, parking lot litter, trash cans).
