Nice building with nice amenities. Staff sometimes seems a little confused and it's almost as if they're not communicating with each other (ie. will receive a confusing email or bring something up with the office and then whoever I talk to will have no idea what I'm talking about). Maintenance is good and fast, but I wish there was an emergency maintenance number.

I like the location and the apartment itself although it is a lot of money for a smaller space. The walls are kinda thin and the elevators have been broken but the parking is nice (although also more expensive). Overall am happy here.

It's been good overall. I really like the parking garage for the safety of my car, but it's gone up from $175 to like $210 in the 1 year I've been here, so it's kinda expensive. The Amenities are cool; the gym is one of the better ones downtown for an apartment building. Office area is cool, but the 4th floor deck is definitely the best amenity. Pool is great, chairs/lounges are great, vibes are great. I'd really like there to be WIFI outside on the deck though!!! That way I could work out there. Other than that staff is friendly, location is great (close to the waterfront), maintenance crew is responsive but could be higher quality, some of my neighbors smoke and I can smell it occasionally, and we need to bring back the wine Wednesdays or similar events. It's been lacking. Overall 8/10.
