Quiet and New

I have lived at the Meetinghouse for about one year and have had a wonderful experience. My apartment is very new, and the appliances are great, although I wish the stovetop was gas (personal preference). I have been very impressed with the soundproofing, as I have never heard my neighbors. Maintenance is extremely responsive and usually solves any issues within a day. I would say it is overall a quiet building, and people tend to keep to themselves. It is very expensive, but with such an ideal location, in-unit new appliances, and the nice common spaces (gym and community room), it has felt worth it to me.

Great place to live

I have lived here nearly two years and find this to be a good place to live. The staff is responsive and kind and the building is kept clean. My only complaint is the amenities- some things do not work and have not worked for a while (gas fireplaces). The area is more than ideal and parking has never been an issues for me. I would recommend this building.
