La Stella Apartments

I really enjoy living here. The staff is quick to answer, the location is great and plenty of parking

The amentites arent great in this complex as well as the parking, but other than that a great place to live.

I’ve seen great pdx apartments with three times the square footage for less money.

I've only lived in the La Stella apartments for a couple months now, and I will say that I love my apartment and my experience has been mostly positive. I was pretty frustrated after my car was broken into in the parking lot and after talking with a office member I gathered that there were no actions being taken to make the private parking lot more secure because "it would be difficult to differentiate between residents and non-residents". Just seemed odd since we list our specific vehicles when applying. It's a smaller parking lot with minimal lighting, direct access from a walking path, and no security whatsoever so I can't help but feel as if this has been an unresolved issue in the past as well. Neighbor's are mostly quiet and the location is great, just would like a bit more from the office on the parking situation. There are a multitude of actions that can be taken such as: automated lights, cameras, or a fence. I highly doubt that residents would vote against having their personal vehicles and belongings in a more secure area.
