Property was sold 11/22. My rent has gone up over $200 in that time. Several pm and maintenance workers in that time. Little upkeep in the halls - laundry room filthy, laundry room door lock broken for weeks, lots of overhead lights burned out, rules we had to sign not enforced, cigarette butts galore, etc. This company has no pride.

Love the staff, they are all polite and friendly, really seem to care about the residents Great parking. Dumpsters rarely overflow, washer are in dryer in great location.. … 1 Dryer still doesn’t work, door handle on washer and dryer room broken. The doors are too heavy in the hallways and slam. The pool titles are falling apart. There’s no green garbage cans for dog poop. There’s no circulation in the hallways when it’s hot outside. The dishwasher qualities are low. There’s no place for residence to put things they no longer need but are still in good condition that another resident could use except for outside in the rain by the dumpsters.

Newer management company. So far it looks like they are doing overall property upgrades. Of course being an older rental, there are signs of age but they are responding to requests when things come up. Property is in a great location with larger trees on all sides and tucked away from the business area which is really close without feeling like it.

Its pretty alright. Rent is decent older buildings. Pretty thin walls would be nice if it had washer and dryers but its okay
