Love my home!

I've really enjoyed living at Garden Home Crossing. Management keeps up with the landscaping, it's quiet and peaceful, and the price is reasonable.

Maintenance

I have had to replace outdoor light bulbs myself. 1/4 of one of the stone stairs has been broken for months, I reported it right away. I had requested my 12 year old carpet to be replaced and after an evaluation, never heard back. The space heaters are ancient, inefficient and expensive to run but I have not requested new ones because I know it will be ignored.

Since new management things have not been great. Myself and my neighbors that have lived here long term are unhappy.

These apartments are put together with the cheapest supplies, everything keeps breaking, it’s almost once a day that something new breaks. The parking it’s atrocious. I can hear my neighbor screaming late at night.
