Perfect place to call home

I recently visited my daughter at The Sutton and was blown away by the stunning architecture and breathtaking views. The management team is incredibly kind and welcoming, always ensuring residents feel at home. The Sutton hosts a variety of engaging community events, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie among residents. This community truly exemplifies luxury living and is the perfect place to call Home!

A true luxury property

I looked at many luxury apartment communities in Portland, concentrating on the downtown area. After touring The Sutton I began to compare every other community to this one – and very few came close. Entering the grand lobby, you know right away that you are part of an experience. The amenities are too many to list here, all at a 5-star level. There is incredible attention to detail throughout. The apartments have tiled showers and tubs – not plastic inserts. The kitchens have stainless steel upmarket appliances, solid surface countertops and undermount stainless sinks. The washer and dryer are internet connected and include steam drying. Real hardwood floors and premium carpeting. Occasionally I will hear someone in the hallway or a door slam shut. But beyond that the unit is well insulated and very quiet. The view from many units is breathtaking. Choose a downtown, mountain, or water view. So many floorplans to choose from. The only utility you connect is electricity. My first month was only $40 and shared utilities was $100, that covers gas, water, sewer, trash, internet and common area electric. Quite the deal on utilities. There is limited underground parking, arranged by lifts that was planned for a valet service. Not sure that is ever coming, but they are adjusting accordingly (i.e. offering exterior parking, tandem, assigned spaces etc.). They listened to the feedback about the issue and took action. There is also plenty of EV parking (at this time). The staff is responsive, friendly, and available. They host social events and foster a welcoming community. If you have a concern, they actually listen and look into it. My experience here has been wonderful, and I could not recommend an apartment community more than The Sutton!

Although the surrounding area is remote and relatively safe, it can be uncomfortable for those late-night walks. They have promised me that they will look into options onsite for our convenience and safety. The staff is responsive, friendly, and available. They host social events and foster a welcoming community. If you have a concern, they actually listen and look into it.
