Block17’s location just can’t be beat…and the view from our apartment is a primary reason why we renewed our lease. When comparing this property to our last, Block17 is much quieter and much more peaceful. The building has a modern aesthetic and the common areas are clean (even the trash area is picked up and not left smelling foul!). We have had wonderful interactions with maintenance and have had our requests handled very promptly. The leasing team is professional and helpful, and they do a wonderful job with weekly happy hours and other resident events. We are looking forward to enjoying the next year in our home!!!

My kiddo and I have lived here for almost a year. We love it. She loves to use the pool table and says there should be one in the clubhouse, as well. Or at least a foosball or shuffleboard table. And another coffee machine. She's nine, so those are her priorities, but I think she may be onto something. Bottom line - it's clean, safe, fun, and everything about it is easy.
