I love the area but there's no amenities for the amount I pay.... staff is invisible most of the time

I've lived here since last November. At the time I moved in, the kitchen window was stuck open. This issue has not been resolved. A contractor (a single one out of the three apparently required by the landlord to actually fix the window) was called out who looked at it and said the issue may not require replacement. Maintenance seemingly cancelled the other two contractors then realized the window could not be fixed without a replacement and there's been no follow up in three months. I've made two separate requests.

No amenities like lower priced rental places not worth what im paying. Managment also hasnt been the best.

I recently moved in and absolutely love it here. One thing I really appreciate in my studio is the layout and how they've separated the bedroom & kitchen with shelving and a false wall. It is extremely quiet I can hardly ever hear my neighbors and Kendall was wonderful to work with. I'm very happy with my decision to live here.

This place is my first apartment away from family and I do love the location in which we reside! The stores and food places around are very convenient and helps me save on gas in this time where it’s gotten expensive. I wish there were more amenities within the building to do (like a gym that’s shared between the three buildings over here) or a more open place to sit outside. Regardless, I do enjoy living over here and I think I’m good sticking around here for another couple years!

Okay- the property I live at is okay. I wouldn't say great...no parking is really offered or amenities, and where pets are offered to roam it is tiny with no grass. I tried multiple times when I first moved in to rent one of the very limited spots offered. That was unsuccessful to the point I just gave up. I've also sent a couple of emails but I've never gotten a response. I chalk this up to the current employment culture. I think there have been 3 property managers since I moved here Summer of 2022. The one that rented to me was phenomenal- but the others I never met. The doors are loud, and the area gets eerily quiet after 9 pm most nights. Right now they have a phenomenal maintenance guy- I think is named Dave. I see him around a lot and always doing something. Anyways, I'd rate this place for a first-time renter 6/10. You got a washer and dryer I/U, they allow pets, and typically have some deal going on to move in.
