In love with my apartment and location !

My experience with ash so far has been remarkable! David the assistant property manager was so accommodating making this the most uncomplicated application process ever. Ash has so many amenities including an incredible rooftop lounge, elevators, bike storage, and a huge utility multi purpose room. The lobby is beautiful as well. I absolutely love living here and so thrilled to make ash home. Lastly the location is right by the waterfront so you can walk right over to Saturday market or voodoo doughnuts. If you're considering this property I definitely recommend it, beyond happy with my apartment! Love it here

What a dope place to live

I've lived in PDX now for 8ys. I just moved in to 230 Ash a few months ago. So far, this is one of my favorite renting experiences. The building is really new so it feels fresh here in the halls and walking around or havings guests is really comfortable. All the other tenants are pretty cool and seem like me. It's not like many of the other white washed places in Portland and there's a ton of diversity here, which makes me feel really comfortable. The staff are also super cool and really friendly and really add to this being a dope place to live!!

Great Apartments

I love living here so much. the location is probably the best part about it. There’s so much to do, and it’s right in the center of the Portland metropolitan area. The building is very clean and safe. There is a problem with security once in a while, but it is in portland so that is to be expected. Good neighbors as well.

Convenient, Gym, outdoors patio

I have lived here 3 and and signing lease for another. I really like that the garage is gated and that public transit is real close. The gym and patio is a major plus to living here and the atmosphere is congenial. I also like the fact that there are many restaurants and places to hang out in.

Decent unit, not so decent parking

The units are pretty decent sized. Everything is like new. The building is surprisingly clean considering what the area looks like on the outside (trash, drug users, typical portland stuff) The staff is pretty nice. No problems there. The parking situation is not ideal, however. The parking fee is pretty hefty ($250 monthly) Also there's nowhere for your guests to securely park, so they have to on the street. Its a huge risk obviously, as smashed windows are frequently found in the morning, including to cars right in front of the front door. This is a decent living situation if you dont have a car, dont need a car to drive out for work, and arent scared of the typical tom foolery from zombies walking around outside (a PDX wide problem)
