No place I would rather be in this city, or in Oregon for that matter! If my heart didn't call a sunnier state home, I would probably stay at The Gossamer for the next 5 years. The area makes not having a car incredibly easy; there is no shortage of good food, drinks, and necessities all within walking distance, plus public transportation is a breeze with how centrally located the building is. Since the building is newer, I can easily say this is the first apartment in my 15 years of renting where everything just works! Mind boggling... I know! Even if a problem does arise, maintenance is on top of it, and I've never felt any of the frustration I was so accustomed to from all my previous apartments. My partner and I (and our dog) are very happy here overall!

Love the location and rent is on par with the area. Staff is so helpful and down to earth. The gym is a huge plus. Made several friends in the bulding. People are so nice here. Rooftop is pretty nice and love showing it off to friends and family. Been enjoying our stay!

The Goss has been a great place to live. Centrally located to so many amazing areas to explore. The Gym, Sauna, and Dog patio have been clutch amenities to have. Staff is friendly and the places are well maintained.

Best smelling property in portland! The staff isnt only professional, they are fun and welcoming. Nice to feel like they arent robots and do care. I like their pet of the month posters they do every month
