Fine apartment except parking
The only 2 complaints I have are parking is impossible at night unless you want to pay for a covered spot or a garage and maintenance requests are never fulfilled

Required Review
I have lived here for almost 10 years. I do not use the pool, the spa, or the exercise room. If you don’t have a car port or a garage (which I do) the parking after 3:00P is abysmal. If you don't have an apartment facing a green area (which I don’t) the noise can often times be extremely annoying i.e., loud cars, loud music from cars, people talking on porches late into the night or early morning. People do not pick up after their animals and apparently can’t read as the reclycing area is almost always a mess. The “landscapers” don’t care for the property, so the word is a misnomer. So many beautiful bushes and shrubs have died since I moved in and have not been replaced. The maintenance crew is one of the best things about living here.

Decent apartment rude community manager super noisy neighbor
I have been living here for more than a year. The apartment is spacious and really nice and the maintenance guys are also really helpful. The community manager is a condescending person who shouldn't be in charge of talking to people. Also super noisy neighbors and i get stomping on my ceiling from the upstair neighbors all the time and maybe have complained 6times but nothing was done.
