Noisy/large rental increases. Decent location/amenities.

I've lived here 8 years. I've stayed so long because it was so cheap and was convenient to get to work. Part of that is because I have two roommates and am in a 2 bed. However, lately the rent increases way too much every year. The large increases in recent years is starting to push me away. The cars at the parking garage across the street are extremely loud/obnoxious from ~8pm-1am. So be wary if you need silence to sleep. I'm good at drowning it out. Nice amenities with the small gym, hot tub, pool, and grills. But I don't use them as much as I should. Maintenance folks are the best. Super kind and personable and do a good and timely job. Most people I've talked to in the office are great as well.
