Beautiful location. Nice Apartments very responsive maintenance team. Have had an ongoing noise problem with a neighbor that never seems to get resolved no matter how many complaints have been made in security has been called. Parking is very very poor

This was easily the best square footage per dollar apartment we could find in the area! And I love being right next to the Rock Creek Trail, great for walking, running, biking, etc. My biggest complaint is that it’s pretty loud being in one of the buildings that is right up against Cornelius pass road. Management has changed multiple times since I’ve lived here which can create some delays with maintenance, but overall it’s been a great place to live!
