Lived here for three years

Wonderful place especially if you have a pet, Always groundskeepers keeping this place beautiful. Although there’s a lot of pets that carpets need cleaning and should be taken care of a little more. Parking is really a problem that’s why I have to garage. I assume that could be anywhere I give it 4 1/2 stars.

I live in Villas at Amberglen West 4 months ago and I find the place very comfortable. I am close to my job, supermarkets, different retails and stores used by me frequently. The neighbors are respectful. I recommend 100% this location.

Parking

The place is great, only issue I have is the lack of parking. Most people park illegally which clogs the side roads and can make it difficult at times. Other than that the place is great. staff is great. Maintenance is fantastic and its pretty quiet.

Good place to live, not super fancy, comfortable

Maintenance crew is exceptional! Nicely outfitted. Not a whole lot of ‘perks’ like other places, but comfortable. Parking is difficult for any visitors.
