Quirky. There have been many issues with water being turned off repeatedly. Maintenance hasn't followed up on my broken garage door rail and it's been over two months. Many cupboards and drawers not up to par but didn't know that until a few months being here. Staff is friendly. Great location.

I have lived here for about 9 months and for the most part it's been good. The best parts are: 1. Maintenance is very helpful and quick to respond and work to make things better! 2. The 24 hour gym is great! 3. Great location, very close to Safeway and other shopping. 4. Very quiet and respectful neighbors, the neighborhood feels very safe! A few complaints are: 1. The pool was closed from June 15-Aug 12th due to maintenance which was unfortunate. 2. There are many fees in addition to rent including Valet Trash and the utilities are very expensive. 3. Management will not help if you get locked out, so you need to call a locksmith which is expensive!
