We have lived here for less than a year. The location is very convenient as the larger Portland area is accessible by train or car. The complex is quiet residentially (although the train can be an issue initially). It is clean and well maintained. Kitchens are very well sized and have lots of cabinet space. The only potential downside is no central air conditioning (which is only impactful for part of the year).
