I've lived here about a month now. All the staff are super friendly! I don't have a car but driving in Orenco station isn't super good. It's definitely a place designed for walkers. As far as Hub 9 goes the staff is wonderful and the common areas are well maintained. Even the garbage chute smells nice because of air fresheners. When I moved in I had a problem with my bathtub that I submitted a request to fix at 1 am and they sent someone to patch it that morning!! then two-ish days later they sent someone to do a full fix. They care about the people that live here

The area is nice and I love that it is walkable. Maintenance is quick and efficient with repairs and I appreciate the staff providing updates on the building. I also like how events in the building and in the area are announced. I don't wear shoes in my apartment and when maintenance came by, they also took off their shoes which was something I was surprised by. It was greatly appreciated and love that they care about their tenants. The only thing I don't love is the noise level outside which can't really be controlled. Examples are loud trucks, mowing, leaf blowing, or loud folks at the restaurants below. Overall, I think it's a great place to stay.

I love everything about this buillding (hub 9) the only thing i wish it had was a gym in the building. I love the convenience in location to most stores for groceries and shopping. I love that there is a boba place conveniently downstairs. I also like that there is a parking garge (dont love the price) but it is convenient that its coverged and I almost guaranteed my car is safe. Overall i would recommend this building to anymone ! 10/10

Very friendly community and residents. Staff in the leasing office is always helpful and friendly. The maintenance crew takes care of any issues almost immediately. They do a great job. I have never had a issue of hearing other residents ( noise issues ). My only negative would be that the apartment building needs to offer more then one charger for electric vehicles. I have been here over 2 years and really enjoy it.
