Nice place
Its some nice apartments ive been living here for a year and so far no complaints.
Friendly Staff
Any time I've dealt with any of the staff they have always been friendly. Also maintenance has been quick to address any problems we have had.
I don't understand what title I am reviewing?
I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 3 YEARS. My neighbors above and below me are extremely loud. One person has mental illness but his screaming is day and night and it will wake and keep you up all night-most every night. The upstairs neighbors are completely unreasonable and have absolutely no consideration for anyone but themselves.
Quatama
I have lived here for two years, and I would definitely recommend it to others. The rooms are much more spacious for around the same, if not cheaper, than a lot of the other apartments in the area. Also, I use public transit as my primary means of transportation, and this location does not get much better as far as access to the MAX and other bus lines that will take you anywhere you need to go.
Beautiful grounds
We moved here a year ago and have enjoyed most all aslects of thus comolex. The pool in the summer is wonderful, its kept very clean and they have security monitoring it to keep everyone safe. My husband has enjoyed the gym and my children have enjoyed the two play structures. The grounds are kept very clean and manicured. If there is ever an issue with something needing maintenance the front office and team is very responsive. Overall its been a goodnolace to live.
