Very solid.

It’s been a fine stay in my year living at this location. Though i do think it’s a little overpriced and it can get noisy during the day due to lawn care almost every single day, the location is phenomenal, the staff is nice, maintenance is prompt, and the neighbors aren’t the rowdy or loud types (other than kids at the pool in the summer… which makes sense). The appartments are simple, but do their job well!

Creekside review

Staff ignored request for maintenance. Maintenance came and didn't do anything. The upstairs neighbor is really loud with kids running around all throughout the day. My cat is scared because of that.
