It’s all good

We like it. Parking is overpriced for how difficult it is to get in and out, you have to park perfectly everytime and rely on others to do the same. I allreciate the staff that has been here through ownership change. Love the area we live in and neighbors are nice.

Taralon review

Good locations view is excellent close to shopping center , parks, most of the time pretty clean surrounding, some of neighborhoods are friendly and pleasant, amenities limited factor and some of regulations needed to be more regulated like lottering , behavior of some neighborhoods who leaves in houses treated like Taralons renter are not allow to be in public area and think they could act inappropriately. Trash are being use by houses or other non renter of the place. Other than improving all the flaw been mentioned this place is incredible beautiful.

Decent “Upscale” Living

I have only lived here for a short time, but as soon as i moved in i felt very tricked. Move in specials were great, location is clean and upscale at first glance. Upon further inspection it is falling apart. This place is only a few years old but the foundation of my building is literally seperating. I can feel the floors with dips in them, the wood beam holding my back porch together is split and slanting sideways. Ive been waiting on maintence to replace my closet rack since i moved in. They dont make people clean up after their pets like they say, so being on the first floor i get dog poop right outside my windows. Also the walls are super thin. So you hear everyones tv and conversations in the halls. Overall the layout is pretty. Quiet neighborhood. But its sooo loud inside, and the parking is atrocious. They say there is 15 guest parking but its really 10. And they tow you if you park in the office area. There is no street parking as we are on a cultasac. Its horribly planned. And my building is literally falling down the hill. Will not be renewing lease.
