Amazing Place to Live

This is a beautiful, newer property. More like condo living than apartment living. Beautiful, full kitchens, lots of storage, high-end, appliance packages, and a full-size washer and dryer in a laundry room! And not those small stackable ones tou see most everywhere! The building manager and maintenance are on top of things. It’s a smaller and quiet development, and we definitely recommend living here.

Great place to live! We lived here for a few months when we moved to the area before buying a place. This place is almost new, opened in 2021. Everything is nice and shiny. Units have all nice, modern, good quality GE appliances, washer and dryer in unit and AC. Rooftop is super nice and very rarely used, we usually had it to ourselves. There is a package room for secure package receipt. Free parking outside or garage parking for a small monthly fee, always plenty of spots. Conveniently located next to a bar / pizza / mexican place and walking distance across the st to New Seasons, Starbucks and more amenities. No noise - very quiet. Building manager worth his weight in gold, always keeping the place in top shape and taking care of anything you might need. Rent is pretty high for Happy Valley, but i think reasonable given what you’re getting. Note that the building is pet friendly and there’s a lot of people with dogs there.
