Complex is good, but I'm kind of unhappy

Apartment complex is good. Been here many years and always happy with things. I will do this review that used to be part of Community Rewards, which they cut off with zero notice. Lost a $125 gift card because of it and am seriously unhappy about it, because I participated in everything that actually benefitted the complex and I was let down.

Feels like the 90s

I like these apartments because there’s always kids playing outside, all of the neighbors are very friendly and willing to help, and I’ve never really had too many problems with anyone in these apartments is coming here in the last year.

Perfect Location

Great location in Gresham. Located on the safe and clean part of the Spring Water Trail. Parking is not the greatest, but the management works hard to make that better, but it's the tenants with too many cars that create that problem. maintenance works in a timely fashion. New manager does a great job. Complex itself is quiet, but neighboring tenant argues a bit too much at night. Overall it is a great place to live.
