I have to do this for the portal
For some reason the portal is being rude and forcing me to do this, so this is it.
Safe
Quiet and safe place to live. Grounds are kept clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Parkside
Very expensive for being older apartments. Increase on rent is 100+ every lease renewal. Been here 10 years. my apartment is outdated 10 years. The price however is current day prices.
Resident
We have been here almost a year. The apartment is decent and the location is pretty good. My biggest complaint is dealing with a neighbor who smokes in his apartment and the smoke comes into our residence through the window and vents.
Affordable and dog friendly with some catches
The experience of living here is a mixed bag. The location is very convenient and the complex is dog friendly, but the floors are unbearably squeaky and you can hear everything in the units next to you. I have lived here for 2 years. I recommend this apartment as a temporary option. It's cheap enough to save a little money until something permanent can be financed or until you can find a better option. I would overall rate this complex 3/5 stars.
