Parkside is awesome

I like living here the one bedroom is a nice size and it's quiet with amenities. The only issue for me is handicap parking my space is to far from my apartment. But I'm happy here.

Substandard Equipment, poorly maintained

It looks nicer on the outside. Inside, the toilets always back up, the washer's overflow. At least they are good with the landscaping.

Nice to stay

Good experience could be alittw better with mantenance time fashion lots of stairs cracking that could injure someone carrying babies instead od waiting til they break, I've lived here foe about 8 years no problems with neighbors at all parking is good dont like thw rent going up every year not good may be forcing us to move out I need a lowee level unit anyway. Dont kmow how thw new park is going to affect rhe traffic and noise staff ia great rhw answer all questions and returns calls
