I would say we have a good amount of space and love working with the office ladies they are always nice, friendly, and accommodating. If you have a problem in your apartment they are pretty quick to make sure to help solve it.

I enjoy the kids getting on the bus stop in the morning is convenient. The maintenance request an response always on time. The sauna is wonderful.

We have lived here for 4 years, we like it with the location and longer term residents in the complex. At times the parking can be difficult. We enjoy the hot tub year round. We also enjoy the BBQs however they have not been able to be used for the last few summers we have tried.

My experience living at the parkside apartments have been a up and down experience some go some bad, but everything has improved over the years the complex is very dog friendly supplying Garbage bags for dogs. Had one issue with a dog a elderly woman couldn't handle. We also had problems with neighbors noise after hour a couple of time but it got taken care of the relationship with neighbors over the years have been great 90% or better, there also was problems vandlism On the off street with car windows being smashed our car was vandlized which cost us $300 we also experienced people leaving abandon vehicals for long periods of time before something was do about it, but the last 6 months everything is alot better, we now are wondering way the rent continues to increase every year and forcing peole to move out. The rent for a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment with garbage and water and garage is the same as renting a house or paying a morgage I know everyone is raising their prices but if you want your complex to stay full you need to make better options for the tenants to be able to afford to stay, without the tenants and the pri es going up there has to be a bettwr solution I feel you should ask the tenants why they are not renewing therir lease to pervent furture tenants from leaving, it will help keep the complex full and hopefuly stop the raising of the rent every year we need a lower level apartment hopefully one will come open we are the a 3rd level we are getting older and the stairs are be oming a problem for me and my wife. So maybe in the near future we will be in a lower level apartment, we appreciate everything that has been done to improve the area inside and out could use more matenniance the the apartments, also security use to be presence but never around when needed like a incident 3 in the morning someone riving their engine and the People in the complex had to come out before they left there need to be more cameras in tbe parking places to help
