The location is good

That's about all I can say. There's a trail nearby where you can just take a walk and forget about the usual apartment living struggles. People don't pick up their dog's poop, people taking each others parking spots. They're not properly marked either so you can't really tell if they're assigned to anyone or not unless you're visiting. Visitor parking is often taken by tenants who own two cars but wont pay for an extra parking space. You can see people being towed at least a few times a week. Neighbor-wise you can end up with really kind and welcoming neighbors or literal criminals depending on your luck. Just typical apartment living. Rent hikes are a thing. I did appreciate their offer last year where we could sign up early to sign our leases to keep our rent the same price instead of being forced to pay $200 each year. When we first started living here it was around $1200 now we pay practically double.

Respectful staff

The property manager Amy is absolutely wonderful. Yes she has to have the properties best interest but she still will listen and do ehat she can to be a great property manager to rent from. The maintenance guy always says hi when passing by. Little things like that matter in a world falling apart. The property management who came and did inspections were so respectful too. To what they can control they do wonderfully.
