Maintaince is pretty fast, parking is easy and the price is decent for the area. The complex in general is pretty quiet and there seems to a low level of riff raff hanging around. Lived here cor awhile now and have never had a terriblw thing to say

Been here 10 yrs + we love it here we will probably be here for the rest of our lived. All of our maintenance issues are taken care of pretty much right away. We have been through 4 managers and a couple of those managers weren’t very good. I do have to say that this manager Lise is trying to take care of as much as he can. I do like the fact that they have tried to make the place look a lot more presentable colors could’ve been a little bit different but they’re not.

I have lived here for almost three years, and overall have very little negative things to say about this place. It is in a great location, is relatively well-kept and is super affordable. It can get a little loud with the yard crews, garbage trucks and hearing other residents, but overall is a very calm place to live.
