finished my first year lease great location for my drive to work floors can be thin/ loose in spots did get new windows in which is a big plus for the winter

If you're looking for an apartment with enough space for a bedroom, crafting area, and gaming room at a good price then this is your place! Getting in and out of the complex can be a huge pain though as there is only one entry/exit which is on a busy road and no stop signs.

I have lived here 16 months. After the ice storm of 2023, my apartment flooded due to broken pipes and needed major repair and was unlivable. I was offered another unit in the next building over after I waited three months for repairs to be done and they never were. The constant changeover of office staff has been a factor in slow responses to maintenance requests. I remain here since it is close to 205 and I have easy access to the highway. It is good value for the money, but does not compare to a quiet residential neighborhood in a single family home.
