Squire's Court
I have been living here for the past month. So far everything has been great. The one thing that surprised me was how quiet it is. I can never hear my neighbors and sometimes my roommate. The only times I do it is when my window is open. I have always found a parking spot since my roommate has the designated spot. So far it has been great living here.
Upgrades needed, overpriced for quality of living
The staff is nice, and they try to accommodate needs, but the needs are just too constant, the apartment interior is in desperate need of upgrades and maintenance, the cupboards, counter tops, sinks, electrical outlets, flooring, and dryer venting, all need attention and upgrades, there are parts of our flooring where you can see the particle board crumbling apart underneath the vinyl, the cupboard door hinges in the kitchen are detaching from the rotting wood, the sink/shower water pressure and temperature fluctuate constantly, half of the electrical outlets don't work, and it just feels like we are paying a huge amount of money to live in a sub par residence. I see a unit being redone completely, nice new appliances, counter tops and cupboards, I guess they are only going to do that for the apartments that people move out of and then they will jack up the rent for the "newer" upgraded units.
