This is one the best rentals you can get in this price range. The property is clean, the apartments are large and the staff is wonderful.

I've only being here less than a year. The staff it's very helpful. Maintenance work, if any, gets done in a timely manner. It's a very small community. Almost private. Very lucky to have found this place close to work. You're about 15-20 mnts away from Portland, depending on where you want to go. The only issue: there are times when the noise gets out of control, particularly in my building. But other than that, my family and I, feel good about being here.

Not too bad but really wish at least one parking spot included in rent and that a washer and dryer is included in the unit. Or at least a hookup.
