I was promised a unit that looked exactly like the model unit I toured — that was the only reason I applied. After signing the lease, I found out none of the units in the entire complex look like the model. THEY ARE ALL UGLY!! Complete bait-and-switch. When I raised this issue, instead of fixing their mistake, management tried to push me into “other options” that didn’t resolve anything. I wasted my time, energy, and money, and the property manager didn’t even follow through on promised phone calls — just sent me an email instead.

New property management, Cushman & Wakefield, they are the worst Please read their reviews. They are the largest in the world, they strive to line pockets of investers by eliminating operating cost and charging tenants, dont respond to tenants, no repairs and their employees are worked with no overtime pay, no training so No Help to tenants. They are one of six largest property management Co being sued by the DOJ please do your home work, unfortunately my lease was signed 1 month befor Cushman & Wakefield took over.

Staff has been pleasant to work with, constantly updating the property, maintenance makes themselves very available, clean property, never had an issue except ince with billing in years of living here…its mostly quiet minus a oittoe creeking from upstairs neighbors so if yuu cannot stand that, then get an uostairs unit. Other than wishing i had newer carpet and a bit more square footage, everything has been wonderful! I love their gym and pool andas well as being elevated in the trees wth the birds and ssuirrells. We have even seen a family of deer and a fox before! Tons of parks and grocery within .25 miles of the property!
