Bel aire is a very great and quiet place to live

Parking is not ideal. No guest parking available because almost all the residents have more than one vehicle here. Maintenance is also slow to address issues. Pay extra rent for a unit that has a washer and dryer, but the wash leaks onto the floor durning drain cycle. Still waiting on that to get fixed and I moved in on the 16th. However, most of the neighbors are quiet and polite. And the manager of the complex is actually really awesome and responsive. If I could I’d rate parking 0/5. Maintenance only gets a 2/5 because they’re slow to do their job, and tried to blame us for “running too much clothes” in the washer, and that’s why it was leaking. Manager is 5/5 easy. 5/5 on location for me, even though the area around the apartment is a little on the poor side. Rent is fair, but hopefully worth while once the washer issue gets addressed. Overall, I’m very satisfied here. I typically just have to park my car outside the complex, across the street, in front of a neighboring complex.

Use Highways 26 and 217 if you would like to drive over to Interstate 5 or make a trek along the Oregon coast. If you prefer to make use of public transportation, two bus routes run near the apartment complex. Choose Bus 52 or 88 depending on your destination. When downtown Portland is the place you want to go, consider making use of the red or blue line Max trains that service the nearby Beaverton Transit Station. This choice is great if you work in downtown and would prefer to not deal with the morning or evening rush hour traffic.
