Good Apartment

Tenant at 65 Lillian for three + years
I feel very fortunate to live at 65 Lillian Street. It is well maintained, excellent staff and amenaties.
Close to everything - including construction
The building is getting older things aren't as well running as it use to be, long time tenant. It use to be a really friendly place to live people don't interact, keep to themselves mostly. Pool always seems to be out for repairs. The gym is tiny and dark no outside windows. Mostly clean building but the walls are starting to crack in places.
too many notices
I love this building, but i feel like they are always putting up signs to make us feel like we are in trouble.
High rent low maintenance
Many staff changes have left residents with no personal connection. Laraib and Eddie are doing their best but feel overall building management neglected garbage build up / lousy front landscaping and amenities not functioning for long periods of time. Feels like in low rental
